Dill Potato Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs small red potatoes washed and quartered
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onion
  • 1 jar small jar of red pimentos (optional)
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
  • 1/2 Tbsp dijon mustard
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Cavender's Greek Seasoning to taste

Instructions

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the potatoes and cook until fork-tender,about 20 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water until they are cool enough to handle.
    In a small bowl, whisk the mayonnaise, sour cream, dill, mustard, salt, black pepper, and Cavender’s Greek seasoning.
    Combine the potatoes, celery, and red onion in a large bowl. Pour the dressing over the top and toss to coat.
