Dill Potato Salad

- 2 lbs small red potatoes washed and quartered
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped green onion
- 1 jar small jar of red pimentos (optional)
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
- 1/2 Tbsp dijon mustard
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Cavender's Greek Seasoning to taste
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the potatoes and cook until fork-tender,about 20 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water until they are cool enough to handle.In a small bowl, whisk the mayonnaise, sour cream, dill, mustard, salt, black pepper, and Cavender’s Greek seasoning.Combine the potatoes, celery, and red onion in a large bowl. Pour the dressing over the top and toss to coat.
